Under the Netherlands DGIS Junior Expert Programme, Kemi Awoyinka has recently joined the Wetlands International Netherlands Team as Wetlands and Poverty Alleviation Program Officer. Kemi holds a B.Sc. in Microbiology (University of Lagos, Lagos, Nigeria) and an M.Sc. in Environmental and Development Education (South Bank University, London, United Kingdom). During her three year contract Kemi's responsibilities will include:  Development of a Workplan to support and develop WI's network of offices, partner organisations, associate experts and Specialist Groups  Assistance to WI focal points with project development opportunities identified under the WI Strategy of the global programme  Supervision of the effective delivery by WI offices and partners of ongoing project implementation and development  Contribution to progress reports on Wise Use activities in annual reports to the global Board of Directors
