Wetlands International signs Climate Treaty at Schokland

04-Jul-2007

The Millennium Development Goals are 8 concrete goals to tackle the biggest global problems before 2015 and were agreed upon by the world leaders at the turn of the millennium.

The Schokland festival was part of Project 2015, an initiative by the Dutch government to draw attention to the MDGs and to involve the Dutch audience, civil society  organisations and private companies in meeting the 2015 goals.

You can download the Climate Treaty (in Dutch!) on the right side of this page.
