New Slovenian National Delegate - Andrej Bibič has been replaced by Mrs Natasa Salaja. She is employed at DOPPS as head of Skocjanski zatok nature reserve (coastal wetland) , which is managed for the Slovenian goverment. Natasa joins Robert Boljesic from the Ministry for Environment and Physical Planning as the second delegate for Slovenia. New German Delegate - Mr. Micheal Harengerd has been replaced by Dr Johaan Mooij from the Biologische Station im Kreis Wesel. Johaan joins Dr. Fritz Dieterich from the Bundesministerium für Umwelt, Naturschutz und Reaktorsicherheit as the second delegate from Germany. New Delegate for Finland - Christian Krogell has been replaced by Sami Niemi. Sami is a Senior Officer in the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry.
