Our work on the Green Coast programme has been broadcasted on Malaysia National TV in a live programme on the protection of wetlands in Malaysia.

In a news show on the popular television RTMs the interim director of Wetlands International Malaysia, Mr. Sanath Kumaran and the Coordinator Gllobal Environment Centre, Mr. Balu Perumal were interviewed. In a remarkable poll result all callers (100%) voted ''yes'' to the question: "Should the government do more to protect wetlands in Malaysia?".
