Kajian ini merupakan bentuk kerjasama antara Wetlands International - Indonesia Programme (WIIP) dengan berbagai pihak terkait di lapangan sebagai wujud dukungan terhadap Desa Noebesa menuju pengelolaan ekosistem yang lebih baik terkait dengan Pengurangan Resiko Bencana. Kajian ini melibatkan beberapa ahli (specialist) yang berpengalaman dalam bidang kehutanan, ekologi, GIS, reklamasi tambang, dan kerentanan, serta didukung oleh mitra lokal dan masyarakat Desa Noebesa.
