Dr. Bregje van Wesenbeeck is an expert on ecosystem assessment with a focus on coastal and wetland ecosystems. The last 5 years she has been working in international projects where ecosystem services are used to obtain goals in water management. She coordinates Deltares marketing and research activities for ‘Building with Nature’ or ‘eco-engineering’ and implements these innovative approaches for the Dutch government.
