The Irish Wetland Bird Survey (I-WeBS) is coordinated by BirdWatch Ireland and is funded and supported by the National Parks and Wildlife Service (NPWS) of the Department of Culture, Heritage & the Gaeltacht. The IWC and I-WeBS coordinator is Niamh Fitzgerald and Project Manager is Lesley Lewis from Birdwatch Ireland.
