Consultant – mid-term review for the SaWeL Project, Ethiopia

On short-term, we are looking for a consultant who can perform a mid-term evaluation of two work packages under the SaWeL project on food security in wetlands areas: 1) implementation in the Rift valley in Ethiopia and 2) the linking and learning part of the wider project. A combination of an international and a Ethiopian consultant may also be possible.
