The Strategy for the development of the AWC during 2004-2006 focuses on 7 objectives and 27 priority actions at the international and national levels. The principal practitioners (persons and agencies) responsible for implementation of the actions have been mentioned. The actions identified as highest priority are highlighted. Funds to undertake some of these actions will need to be resourced.
