Complaints Protocol

We think it is very important to know what you think of us and our work and whether we can do things better. Do you have a complaint? Wetlands International uses a complaints protocol. Email us or write to us. The complaint should at least include: 

a) name and address of the complainant;  

b) the date of writing;  

c) a description of the working method, act or behaviour complained about;  

d) the reason why the complainant objects to this act/behaviour.

Your complaint will then be handled by our Complaints Coordinator, possibly in consultation with one or more members of the Management Team. We strive to handle a complaint quickly and adequately, based on the degree of satisfaction with the handling of the person who reported the complaint.
