Negotiations Post-2015 framework for DRR

The Preparatory Committee started its third session in Sendai, Japan on 13 March 2015, where it is expected to consider its final recommendation to the Conference on its outcome. See Wetlands International’s position paper and our input responding to the streamlined version of the text dd 28 January 2015 (in collaboration with PEDRR).
